Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. NIS2 requires members of management bodies to follow cybersecurity training, and ISO/IEC 27001 expects security awareness across the organisation.
Generic e-learning rarely changes behaviour. Staff paste confidential data into AI tools, approve suspicious requests and use cloud services they were never trained on. Training only works when it reflects the tools and risks your people actually face.
What we do
Security & AI Training
Assess needs
We look at your roles, the AI and cloud tools in use and your regulatory obligations, and identify who needs which training.
Design the curriculum
We build learning paths for staff, managers, technical teams and management bodies, using your own tools, policies and examples.
Deliver
We train on site, remotely or on demand, in English and German, with hands-on exercises for technical topics.
Check understanding
We test what participants learned, for example with short assessments and phishing simulations.
Record and refresh
We document who was trained on what and when, and update the content as your tools and the rules change.
How we deliver
Consulting · Professional services · Managed services
Consulting
We assess training needs against your roles, tools and obligations and design a training plan.
Professional services
We build and deliver the training, from AI literacy and security awareness to hands-on cloud and technology courses.
Managed services
We run your training programme on an ongoing basis: scheduling, new joiners, refreshers, phishing simulations and records.
AI automation in this service
Automated mapping of roles to required training, based on the AI tools and systems each group uses.
Automated generation of exercises and quiz questions from your own AI and security policies, reviewed by a trainer before use.
Automated tracking of completions and reminders for refreshers, ready as evidence for audits.

Platform
After the project, the Fidempli platform keeps it running
From December 2026, the Fidempli platform shows which AI tools are in use and who uses them, so you can see where AI literacy training is still needed. Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness checks show where data access needs fixing before people start.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. It requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff, taking into account their roles and the context of use. Training is the most common way to do this.
Who needs AI literacy training?
Everyone who operates or uses AI systems on your behalf. The depth depends on the role: a developer building an AI system needs more than an employee using a chat assistant.
Do you train management bodies for NIS2?
Yes. NIS2 requires members of management bodies to follow training. We run focused sessions on cybersecurity risk management and their responsibilities.
In which languages do you train?
English and German, delivered from Hamburg.
Can you train on a technology that is not on your list?
Yes. Through on-demand training we prepare courses for new infrastructure, software or skills your organisation needs.
