Do you work with a specific IAM product?
No. We work with the tools you already run or help you choose new ones. Our recommendation follows your requirements, not a product list.
What is the difference between IAM, IGA and PAM?
IAM covers authentication and access in general. Identity governance and administration (IGA) manages who should have which access and reviews it. Privileged access management (PAM) controls and records the use of high-risk admin accounts.
Why do AI agents need their own identities?
An agent that acts with a user's token inherits all of that user's access and leaves no clear trail. With its own identity, an owner and scoped permissions, you can limit, review and revoke what the agent does.
Can you take over an IAM platform someone else implemented?
Yes. We start with a review of the current set-up, document what we find and then take over operations, application onboarding and upgrades.
Where is privileged access management covered?
On its own page. Privileged Access Management covers admin and service accounts, credential vaulting, just-in-time access and session recording. We plan IAM and PAM together so both use the same identities and approval rules.
Does IAM help with NIS2 and DORA?
Both require access control and management of privileged access as part of risk management. A well-run IAM programme provides much of the evidence auditors ask for.
