I founded Fidempli Consultants Pvt Ltd in India as an HR consulting firm, then steered it into IT as the digital economy took off, delivering flagship projects with multinational banking partners. Over 12 years, I’ve embedded security into enterprise organisations not as an afterthought, but as the foundation of how they operate. My path ran from education and HR into entrepreneurship, building deep expertise in organisational change,human capital, and compliance culture. I’m a global practitioner: after relocating to Germany with my family, I became fluent in German, giving me firsthand command of German and EU data law and market dynamics. That journey led me to incorporate Fidempli, an EU-origin GmbH, extending the trust our Indian clients placed in us into the EU market. At Volt X, I lead compliance and data security for our customers as part of a strategic alliance between Volt X and Fidempli.
